Upload an Exam Cover Image

An exam cover image can give your exam a professional look and help to grab the attention of potential examinees.

Before you add a cover image, it's important to note that each exam must have its own unique image. Also, you cannot include any textual information such as the exam name within the image. To ensure the image meets quality guidelines, it should be in high resolution and sized no smaller than 750 x 422 pixels. It's recommended to use the RGB color model for your image, rather than the CMYK color mode which is designed for print media.

To add a cover image to your exam, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Prepzo account and navigate to the examiner dashboard.
  2. Select the exam you want to add a cover image to and enter the exam. (The edits can be done to unpublished exams only).
  3. Click on Exam Landing Page on the left-hand side of the screen and scroll down to Exam Cover Image.
  4. Click Upload file to select the cover image you want to use.

  1. Once the cover image is uploaded, click on the Save button at the bottom of the page. (Request to publish the exam if you want to go live).

If you encounter any issues while adding a cover image to your exam, you can contact Prepzo Support for assistance. They'll be happy to help you resolve any problems and ensure that your exam is presented in the best possible way to potential examinees.
