How to Delete, Unpublish, or Republish Your Practice Exam

As an examiner on Prepzo, you have full control over your practice exams. This means that you can delete, unpublish, or republish your exams at any time. Whether you want to make updates, remove outdated content, or simply take a break, we've made it easy for you to manage your exams on our platform.

Here's how you can delete, unpublish, or republish your practice exam:

  1. Deleting Your Exam: If you want to completely remove your exam from Prepzo, you can do so by deleting it. To delete your exam, go to your dashboard and enter the exam you want to delete. Click on the "Delete Exam" button and confirm your action. Your exam will be permanently removed from the platform, and you won't be able to access it again.

  1. Unpublishing Your Exam: If you want to temporarily remove your exam from the marketplace, you can unpublish it. This means that your exam won't be visible to anyone, but you'll still have access to it and can republish it later. To unpublish your exam, go to your dashboard and enter the exam you want to unpublish. Click on the "Unpublish" button and your exam will no longer be available to test takers.

  1. Republishing Your Exam: If you've made updates to your exam or simply want to make it available to test takers again, you can easily republish it. To republish your exam, go to your dashboard and select the exam you want to republish. Click on the "Request to Publish" button, and your exam will be available to test takers once again after review.

It's important to note that deleting your exam will permanently remove it from the platform, so make sure you're certain before taking this step. Unpublishing your exam is a good option if you need to make updates or take a break while republishing your exam makes it available to test takers again.
