When is a Negative Review Against Prepzo Policy?
Occasionally, examinees may express themselves in a way that undermines the integrity of the review system. The review will only be removed if it clearly falls into one of the following categories.
Reviews unrelated to the examinee’s learning experience with the examiner
Examples of reviews Prepzo will NOT remove:
- The examiner is constantly trying to sell stuff to me
- The examiner was rude to me in the FB group they moderate
- I don’t believe the examiner’s credentials/that this examiner is qualified to examine this topic
Examples of reviews Prepzo WILL remove:
- I divorced this examiner for good reason
- I had a bad business deal with this examiner (unrelated/prior to enrollment)
- I took a different exam on this topic that I recommend very highly
- The examiner is so ugly, I can’t stand looking at them
- You’re asking me for a review too early
Reviews focusing on technical issues outside the examiner’s control
Examples of reviews Prepzo will NOT remove:
- I can’t use the downloadable resources
- This exam is not made to be taken on mobile
- The examiner didn’t say I needed to buy additional software to take this course.
Examples of reviews Prepzo WILL remove:
- The exam playback is choppy (due to Prepzo/internet speeds)
- The software the examiner used is expensive, you should use this (free) software
- The captions are poor quality
Reviews deemed obscene, profane, threatening, or hate speech
Examples of reviews Prepzo will NOT remove:
- This course is worse than going to the dentist
Examples of reviews Prepzo WILL remove:
- I can never understand exams from people of this background
- This exam is f*king bullsht
- I’d rather gouge my eyes out than take this exam
- This examiner should just go and die
Reviews from parties with a demonstrated conflict of interest
Examples of reviewers Prepzo does NOT consider in conflict:
- A Prepzo examiner with an exam in a different subject
- A competitor/colleague who does not create an online exam
- Examinee with previous experience with the examiner
Examples of reviewers Prepzo does consider in conflict:
- An examiner with a competing exam
- A recorded personal or professional relationship unrelated to learning
- A recorded history of harassment or abuse elsewhere online
