What is the Quality Review Process?
Welcome to Prepzo, where our mission is to help exam takers worldwide prepare for their upcoming exams. We know that great exam experiences are essential, and that's why we have created a Quality Review Process for every practice exam.
Submitting your Practice Exam for Review
Once your practice exam is ready, submit it for review to enter the Quality Review Process. The Prepzo Quality Review Team will then evaluate your exam and provide feedback based on our Prepzo Exam Quality Checklist. Once your practice exam passes, it will be published in the Prepzo marketplace.
Practice Exam Quality Checklist
All practice exams are reviewed based on our Prepzo Exam Quality Checklist, which includes required and recommended items. Required items on the list must pass to complete the Quality Review Process, while recommended items significantly impact examinee satisfaction. These are the factors that distinguish great practice exams from the rest.
What You Need to Know Here are some important things to keep in mind about the Prepzo Exam Quality Review Process:
- Your practice exam must pass the Quality Review Process to be published in the Prepzo marketplace.
- You can submit your exam for review by clicking Request to Publish in the sidebar of your exam page.
- The Quality Review Process takes 2 business days.
- To check the status of your exam, go to the Examiner Dashboard. A label will appear showing if your practice exam is Published, Drafted, or Under Review.
Exam Simulation Review Time
The Prepzo Quality Review Team will review your practice exam based on the Prepzo Exam Quality Checklist.
After your practice exam is added to the Quality Review Team queue, you should receive a reply within 2 business days.
Please note: After a practice exam has been approved and published in the marketplace, it may take up to 24 hours for the practice exam to be discoverable in search results.
Once your practice exam is approved, your practice exam link will go live, and examinees can discover and purchase your practice exam.
