How to Set up Your Examiner Account

Welcome to Prepzo! If you're looking to publish a practice exam, this guide will help you get started with setting up your examiner account on Prepzo.


Creating an Examiner Account

To start creating your examiner account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit Prepzo.com on your browser.
  2. If you already have an examinee account, click "Log in" in the upper right corner of the screen. If not, click Sign Up to create an account.
  3. Click on the Sell Your Exam button on the website header
  4. You'll be asked to answer some questions about your teaching experience. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. Once you've completed the questionnaire, you'll be redirected to the examiner dashboard, a dedicated screen for examiners to create and manage their exams.

Setting up Your Examiner Profile

After creating your account, it's time to set up your examiner profile. This will be visible to the public once your exam is published. To set up your profile, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the circular icon in the upper right corner of the screen to enter your examiner profile.
  2. Enter the name you wish to use as the examiner's name. You may use a pseudonym if you wish. Keep in mind that registered names are displayed in the order of "First Name + Last Name."
  3. Fill out the "Headline" and "Biography" sections to provide information about your occupation, specialization, and qualifications.
  4. Add links to your website and social media accounts.
  5. Upload a high-quality profile picture. This should be a non-pixelated, non-animated image of yourself or your corporate logo. Learn more about our quality standards for examiner profiles.

Privacy Settings

You can adjust your privacy settings in the "Privacy Settings" tab of your examiner profile. Keep in mind that once you become a published examiner, your profile will be searchable in search engines and will only include the exams you are creating.


Creating a Practice Exam Once you've set up your profile, you're ready to create your first exam. From the examiner dashboard, click on Create Exam to begin.
